32 nd Annual General Meeting – Election of the Executive Committee
The 32 nd Annual General Meeting of the Delhi Regional Unit was held on 07th May, 2016 at 7E, Jhandewalan Extn., New Delhi.
In the beginning the distinguished guests were welcomed with bouquets. The President Mr. Gulshan Ahuja welcomed all the distinguished guests and the members attending the Annual General Meeting. He also touched the various burning issues viz. TMP implementation etc. Thereafter the Secretary Mr. R.K. Rana presented the Secretary Report. Sh Ahuja also presents accounts for the year 2015.. The Secretary Report and Accounts for the year 2015 were unanimously adopted by the house.
While addressing the gathering Mr. R.K. Dwivedi, a veteran and founder of NICOA, suggested to remain united and also advices all members to increase the efficiency in service to the clients. Mr. S. Rudra, President NICOA-Central Committee informed about company’s performance and also updated about latest on the TMP exercise and various other important issues. He also informed the house that NPS is being implemented in our Company and those officials who have not filled the form for PRAN are requested to the needful immediately He conveyed his best wishes for the AGM. Mr. Vijay Mishra President Lucknow Unit and Sh Manohar Pandey , President DDRO thanked Delhi unit for inviting them for the meeting. Sh A K Goel, Chairman NICOA Central committee also addressed the gathering.
Mr. Sunil Gupta, DGM GIPSA and Sh V K Grover, RM DRO-IV, who attended the meeting, informed that they have been closely associated with the NICOA and they feels at home with NICOA. They conveyed their best wishes for the success of the meeting and wished good luck to the new committee.
The new members and retirees were welcomed with flowers. The newly elected Executive Committee had a meeting on 13 th May, 2016 to elect Office Bearers for the year 2016-2017. The Executive Committee elected the Office Bearers as per list given below.
Friends we are indebted to all our members, Life members and dignitaries who have made this meeting a resounding success. We also put on record our appreciation to all the activists who had worked day and night for success of the Annual General Meeting. The interest shown by the members shall be a morale booster for us. We are sure, with your continued support, participation and co-operation, the new Committee shall be able to discharge its duties to the satisfaction of the members.
