Avoid using words loke bad, wrong, negative and other synonym, it will give bad impression. Start with something like “According to me, we are not doing anything wrong but we need to work smart. We need to find ways by which we can map people to their area of interest as a correct mapping of employee with his area of interest will make him more motivated and provide more productivity.”
